ÍAV recently received Certificate of Registration from BSI, British Standard Institution for its quality system as fully meeting the requirements in ISO 9001:2008. ÍAV holds Certificate no: FM 512106 with the scope: General construction, Project management, development and design. Following the certification BSI will continue to assess and certify ÍAV operation according to the ISO 9001:2008 standards.

ÍAV is Iceland’s first building contractor to receive an ISO 9001:2008 certification. The certification was handed over in a ceremony at the Concert and Conference Center in the presence of ÍAV’s employees.
