Iceland Prime Contractor has taken on the completion of construction on three apartment buildings located at Sudurlandsbraut Boulevard 58-60. The buildings are four storeys tall, exclusive of the basement, and will be linked by means of a subterranean parking garage. Each building in the 78-apartment complex contains 26 flats, and the total size is nearly 14,000 m². IPC will take over the project once the casting work is complete, which is expected in April, and will finish the properties. The apartments will be sold to senior citizens, and Mörkin Holding Company will act as sales agent. Project manager is Jóhannes Kristjánsson, and construction manager is Gudmundur Jóhannesson.
