On 12th September, 2003, a contract was signed by BYKO and IPC to build a supplies center for BYKO in Selfoss. The work consisted of the design and construction of a 4,000 square meter steel framed building as well as landscaping the surrounding area. Preparations have begun and it is expected to commence construction in September 2003. It is scheduled to complete the building in May 2004 and the surrounding area in June, 2004. The Project Manager is Mr Árni Guðlaugsson.
