With the tire from the sphere plates can reach farther ahead, while using traditional methods. This design allows all pipe routes and diverse functions of the building where the load columns and beams decrease a lot.

The house is 3,900 square meters in size, isolated from the outside and lined with tiles. Roofing plates with tare cardboard and isolation of the above. On top of the isolation imposed gravel discarded.

Interior walls are mostly from plaster and glass. Rock carpets are on the floors of the office part of the building but tiles elsewhere.
