Borgir - Research and Development Center
The building is 4 - 6 floors with a connecting staircase area for the three parts of the first to forth floor but one part of that area is seven floors.
The total area of the building is 5.600 square meters. It is a traditional reinforced concrete building with some parts made of steelframes and hollow plates. Interior walls are aluframes and gypsum.
The first phase of the building was opened in October 2004.
