IPC builds retail and office facilities in Fjardabyggd

Representatives of Iceland Prime Contractor and Smáragardur signed a contractual agreement stating that IPC will build Molinn, the 2,500-m2 retail and office building that is to rise in the East Iceland community of Fjardabyggd.
The signing took place at the trade show East Iceland 2004. Ground will be broken on 21 June 2004, and the building is to be inaugurated in December 2004.
Jón Traustason will serve as construction manager.
