Serviced apartments and accommodation at the Health Centre NLFI in Hveragerði
IPC has two and three roomed (86 to 111 square meters) town houses for sale. These beautiful quarters have been designed by Hróbjart Hróbjartsson, architect, of the firm VA Architects. The buyers have the option of using the varied services offered by the Health Centre. This is something quite new in Iceland.
When buying a serviced apartment, the buyers enter a contract with the Health Center for a monthly basic payment so that they are entitled to the many and varied services available.
The apartments are handed over complete, minus flooring in the entrance hall and the laundry as well as the bathroom which is to be tiled. The apartments are clad with partial coloured corrugated aluminium cladding and partial flat aluminium cladding. The main entrance is clad with timber cladding. The buildings are low maintenance. The buyers can choose between mahogany or oak laminate for the interior fittings but there is a possibility of other wood types. The first phase is to erect eight apartments (town houses) in two buildings. The first is scheduled to be available on October 15th and the second on November 19th of this year.
